Since the company’s incorporation in April 1974, Hazlin has devoted itself to becoming the best in the manufacture of bespoke architecturally veneered doors, panels and related joinery items.
The company has developed its expertise to offer exceptional support & service to its customers. This may involve special design, fire resistance requirement, veneer matching, radiation resistance or specific acoustic rating; we have developed skills & products to provide solutions to design problems.
Products we offer can be virtually anything that involves flat bonding, this could be panels for walls or furniture, to doors or special components. We have built our name from quality veneered doors & panels. Our door range covers all fire ratings from FD30 to FD120. Size is only limited by the fire certification or assessments we have and the equipment that we have to manufacture the items. In summary we can do:
Doors & Door sets -Non fire rated, FD30, FD60, FD90 & FD120.
Radiation Resistant doorsets – Non fire rated, FD30 & FD60 – in singles & pairs.
Acoustic Doors – upto 46 RwdB.
PAS24: 2009 – Secured by Design entrance doors.
Joinery – Panelled Doors – FD30, joinery Screens.
Finishing – We have three spray shops, finishing can be clear, stained or paint.
