From our carbon neutral production facility in Newton-Le-Willows, Our Shield® Fire Door Department manufactures performance door and frame components, all made to order to suit specific project requirements.
Our business operates purely as a key outsourcing partner for the passive fire door industry with our strength in specialist fabrication, especially lamination, edgebanding, post-forming and CNC preparation for components or doorset manufacture.
To ensure our partners’ peace of mind when outsourcing, we are certified to Q-Mark®, FSC® & PEFC® chain of custody and operate under ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards.
