Based on 70 years of experience, Efectis assesses the fire performance of your products, systems or entire projects, whatever the domain (nuclear, transportation, residential dwellings, infrastructure, tunnels, industrial process and storage or offices), whatever the performance (fire resistance, reaction to fire, fire and explosion engineering, extinguishing systems, equipment etc).
Efectis is strongly active in regulation and standardisation works at National, European and International level.

Established for over 30 years IFC Group, are one of the largest independent specialist fire and life safety engineering, design and certification practices in the World.
IFC Certification Ltd are a UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accredited certification and inspection body, and members of the key industry fire safety bodies, providing independent 3rd party assurance and certification services for fire safety products and services. Offering global knowledge with experience in many jurisdictions to British, European and American standards.
Certification schemes are available for product manufacturers, installers and fire risk assessors. IFCC also certify quality management systems (ISO 9001), enhanced security products and as an inspection body IFCC provide independent inspection services. As a notified body IFCC undertake AVCP work to enable clients to CE Mark products.
International Fire Consultants Ltd are an award winning practice of Chartered Fire Safety professionals and engineers with a wide range of skills and expertise.
Services include fire safety strategies, detailed design and assurance, peer review, Expert Witness and Training.
As well as providing the fire safety engineering design of complex buildings, IFC are unique, as a non-laboratory based specialist engineering practice, in undertaking the evaluation of construction products for their ability to meet legislative requirements and/or the performance criteria of fire tests. We do not operate our own furnaces, primarily because it would dilute the focus away from our independence and specialist engineering knowledge. We arrange, manage and observe clients’ testing programmes in 3rd party laboratories.
